Refer a friend to subscribe to AA Inform’s monthly newsletter and stand a chance of winning a R5000 cash prize. In order to be eligible for the cash prize of R5000, you need to refer a minimum of one friend to AA Inform and at least 1 of your friends will need to subscribe to the AA Inform monthly newsletter.
There will be 1 winner chosen for the R5000 cash prize. This will be the referrer. The competition will run from 22 March 2024 until 22 June 2024, both days inclusive. By referring your friend, you acknowledge that we have consent to contact your friend and process the information provided. To qualify for the monthly cash prize, you must also be subscribed to the AA Inform monthly newsletter.
This competition is subject to the terms and conditions set by AA Inform and its data partners (collectively “AA Financial Services”). Please take the time to read over ALL the terms and conditions below. Should you enter this competition, AA Inform will accept that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will apply to all referrals submitted to subscribe to the AA Inform monthly newsletter.
DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
The competition commences on 22 March 2024 until 22 June 2024, both days inclusive. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted unless the competition is extended or brought to an earlier closing date wherein that new closing dates will be applicable.
WHO MAY ENTER THE COMPETITION
The competition is open to permanent residents and citizens of South Africa over the age of 18 years in possession of a valid South African Identity Document and valid South African bank account.
WHO MAY NOT ENTER THE COMPETITION
The competition is not open to-
employees, directors, members, partners, agents, consultants, promotors or suppliers of any service to AA Inform or AA Financial Services Companies or anybody directly or indirectly involved in this competition, nor are you the spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, or the natural or adopted parent, child or sibling, of any person specified in the above.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, you need to refer a friend to AA Inform and the referral must subscribe to the AA Inform monthly newsletter.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU ENTER?
You can enter as many times as you would like. For every referral who successfully subscribes to the AA Inform monthly newsletter, you as the referrer will receive one entry into the competition.
Each referral can only be referred once and duplicate referrals will not be considered valid competition entries.
PRIZES
AA Inform may use an automated random winner selection system to randomly select the winner (“Selection System”) entirely in its discretion;
The selection of a winner by AA Inform will be final and binding on all the entrants and all parties in any way associated with this competition;
Prizes are not transferable, nor are they refundable, or exchangeable.
The winner is responsible for any expenses, taxes or charges incurred in respect of the prize, such as investment fees or other expenses that may be incurred.
REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST MEET TO USE THE PRIZE
Winners will be notified telephonically. Should we not be able to contact the winner after 3 attempts after the competition has closed, the prize will be transferred to a newly drawn winner.
You must possess whatever documents and permissions that may be required in order to accept and receive the prize, which documents, and permissions is your responsibility to obtain at your own cost, and which documents and permissions must remain valid in such minimum form and for such minimum period after the prize date as may be required by the relevant authorities.
AA Inform may require you to provide us with such additional information and documentation as we may reasonably require in order to process, confirm, and facilitate your acceptance and/or use of a prize. If you refuse to provide us with the requested information or documentation, you will forfeit the prize.
The winner may be requested to be photographed and participate in publicity that transparently features the prize handover.
GENERAL
Your entry into the competition and/or your acceptance of a prize (in the event that you win a prize) constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any person with whom you may share a prize (in the event that you win a prize which is for you and one or more additional persons (“your partner”).
Without limitation, we and our affiliates are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failure or malfunction, traffic congestion (on the Internet, or at any service provider, website, or other device or medium), or any combination thereof, or any other technical or other problems.
These terms and conditions will be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of contract and dispute resolution in the Republic of South Africa.
AA Inform and the judges’ decision on any matter concerning the competition and/or arising out of these terms and conditions is final and binding on you, and no correspondence will be entered into.
All individuals who send referrals must obtain the necessary consent from the referred party prior to sharing the details with AA Inform. The referee must consent to their details being shared with AA Inform.
Entrants understand and agree that in order to offer the competition, AA Inform will collect and use personal information about referrals. All personal information provided by entrants will be subject to the respective privacy policies of AA Inform and will be stored in a secure repository in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation.
AA Inform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel and/or suspend the competition. South African law shall govern the terms and conditions of this competition and the courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
